I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in helping teens, college students, and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and self-destructive patterns.
I provide evidence-based therapy to help people increase self-acceptance and learn to change the patterns that hold them back from achieving their goals. I enjoy working collaboratively to help people develop the skills to feel better about themselves so they can thrive in relationships, school, work, and creativity.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwestern University, I went on to earn my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University. I completed my predoctoral training in New York, culminating in a predoctoral internship at North Central Bronx Hospital/Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
I was then selected as a postdoctoral fellow in the 3East Adolescent DBT Continuum at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Upon completing my fellowship, I worked as Staff Psychologist in the 3East Partial Hospital Program and as Director of Group Therapy Services at the Boston Child Study Center. I am now in full-time private practice in Coolidge Corner in Brookline, MA. I am a licensed psychologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and maintain an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School.
